"The SOAR! website that Cybertek created has generated local and national interest in our mission of promoting literacy. A wonderful, accidental byproduct was that someone googled literacy in southern Indiana and found SOAR! It seems she was affiliated with a foundation that supported literacy and they had grant money available, which we didn't know about. Without our website, she would never have found us, been impressed by our programs, and facilitated our grant process."

As the Floyd County Clerk I have worked with Dan Neel and found him to be accessible, courteous and extremely helpful. An email or phone call to Mr. Neel describing what is needed will result it the perfect solution miraculously appearing exactly has envisioned. Mr. Neel has worked with me since website development in Floyd County and along the way many new concepts were deployed on the website. Court case information, marriage license searches, online credit/debit card payments and jury notifications. One of the most popular pages is for the elections; candidates and polling site locations with many links for candidates and voters. On election night Mr. Neel comes to the Clerk’s office and posts to the website the election results as they are being tabulated which provides data that is so important locally but also provides a service to Floyd County residents living outside the area such as the military and overseas voters.
