With our ROSIE Managed Services solution we share the same goal as our customers, that goal is to ensure your computers, servers and network run as efficiently as possible with maximum up-time for a fixed price. In the traditional technical support model the financial motivations of the support provider may be clouded by their billing being based on potentially reoccurring and unresolved technical problems. With our ROSIE Managed Services you pay a flat fee per month for each PC or Server you would like to include in the agreement and that's it!
